Overview In this Oxford-based role, you will lead delivery of Design & Build projects for a recognised contractor, spanning new builds, refurbishments and restoration up to 16m in value. You’ll work across Education, Healthcare and Commercial sectors, coordinating with clients and teams to ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery. Joining a company with a strong regional pipeline, you’ll play a key part in maintaining long-term client partnerships. This role offers active regional impact and collaboration within a growth-focused contractor environment.
Responsibilities - Oversee delivery of D&B projects from planning through completion
- Manage both new build and refurbishment schemes
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors and internal teams to meet quality and schedule targets
- Support bid and project delivery in Education, Healthcare and Commercial sectors
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
- Maintain daily commute to Oxford and contribute to a strong regional programme
Key requirements - Degree qualification or relevant construction qualification
- Experience with a reputable Main Contractor
- Track record on D&B projects
- Experience on new build and refurbishment schemes
- Experience in Education, Healthcare and Commercial sectors
- First Aid, SMSTS, CSCS
- Full UK Driver’s license
- Able to commute to Oxford on a daily basis
